Scott Medley
Scott Medley and his business partner, Robert Vitaglione, started Neighbor’s Insurance Advisors, an insurance agency specializing in Property and Casualty Insurance. Scott began his career with MassMutual Financial Group focusing on personal insurance planning. He then worked at a property and casualty insurance agency in Palm Beach County, which led to the opening of Neighbor’s Insurance Advisors. Scott is a licensed Life, Health and Annuity agent, as well as a licensed General Lines Agent. Scott is dedicated to providing a plan for each client’s individual insurance needs. He feels that most insurance agents do not provide the best customer service so he created a business model to improve customer service and support.
Scott graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and continues to educate himself within the insurance industry. As a native Floridian, Scott involves himself in the community by participating in organizations, such as, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, First Priority of South Florida and serves on the board of the Boca Raton Children's Museum. Scott continues involve himself in the community by leading monthly business networking groups, which include several local leaders. Scott is married to Julie and enjoy's playing golf.
Robert Vitaglione
Robert Vitaglione graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors Degree in Risk Management & Insurance. Robert started his insurance career working for Marsh & McLennan Companies as a broker / consultant within the Luxury Super Yacht Practice. In 2003 he was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Marsh’s Private Client Services. In addition, Robert was promoted from senior broker / consultant of the luxury yacht practice to starting a Florida office within the Marsh’s Specialty Aviation division focusing on developing insurance programs for affluent individuals and families who own turbine aircraft.
In 2005 Robert left Marsh’s Private Client Services to further pursue his insurance career with an independent insurance agency. Robert was the leading sales insurance producer focusing on Commercial, Personal and Health Insurance. Robert met Scott Medley at the agency and formed a partnership which started their own independent insurance agency know as Neighbor’s Insurance Advisors.
Neighbor’s Insurance Advisors was founded and incorporated in February of 2006 and specializes in Commercial, Personal and Health Insurance. Robert and Scott’s primary focus is customer service and providing consultative services with each client to help develop a customized insurance program to best fit their personal/business needs.
Lara Brown
Lara Brown graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors Degree in Health Administration and minor in Psychology. Post graduation, Lara started working at Gallagher Benefit Services while looking for a position in the health field. One year later, Lara applied for a position at Neighbor's Insurance Advisors and realized the insurance industry intrigued her more than the medical field. One month after starting at Neighbor's Insurance, Lara obtained a Customer Service Representative license and specialized in customer service and client relations. A year later, she acquired her General Lines Agent license and now assists with sales and marketing at Neighbor's Insurance Advisors.
